Dr. Lowinger is a Psychologist with over eight years of experience who works with adults and adolescents who struggle with mood disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, relationship issues, long-term personality issues, as well as survivors of abuse and trauma. Dr. Lowinger's approach is primarily psychodynamic, although she is flexible and tailors treatment to each individual; develop a unique relationship with each patient . She aims to create a safe, warm, and calm environment where you can explore your difficulties free of judgment, develop a perspective regarding troubling aspects of your life, and find your own unique solutions that will help you become the person you wish to be.

Dr. Lowinger's Psychodynamic interpersonal approach involves allowing patients to talk about their lives in open ended ways. The patient isn't put through specific exercises; Dr. Lowinger is a partner in the discussion, so the two of you can come to the conclusion naturally. She believes when you become reflective and self-aware, you bring forth change.

Dr. Lowinger feels incredibly blessed to be able to do what she loves. She is someone who naturally who likes to help people work through things, so becoming a Psychologist was an organic transition. She gets paid to what she does is in her personal life, that's the dream!
