Dr. Karla Fallon is a Columbia University trained Psychotherapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a PhD in psychology which focused on organizational systems thinking. Dr. Fallon is honored as a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and is a long standing member of both the American Psychological Association and the American Counseling Association. She is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for MSI-AHEC, a NYC nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the youth of traditionally underserved communities by expanding their exposure and access to the medical professions.

Dr. Fallon’s New York City practice utilizes an individualized results driven approach which draws on her fifteen years of experience in the fields of psychology and mental health. Dr. Fallon works from a strength based perspective to empower clients to reach their potential and obtain their goals within a peaceful and respectful environment. In addition to offering traditional weekday appointment times Dr. Fallon’s practice caters to the busy and demanding lives of her New York City clients by offering evening, night, and weekend appointment times in a tranquil office suite just steps from Grand Central Station.

Dr. Fallon’s holistic and person-centered approach of meeting each client where he or she is means that she takes the time to genuinely understand each person’s circumstances and concerns to create a plan to best support and assist each individual in meeting his or her goals. While Dr. Fallon is passionate about helping clients with all types of mental health issues and/or diagnoses, her specialty areas include: all types of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Dr. Fallon is fully committed to assisting her clients obtain a higher quality of life.
