David Mesnick, PT, OCS, cMDT is the founder of PT360 and a seasoned Physical Therapist. David graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology in 1997 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. After owning and managing a successful private practice for 11 years, he went to work with the Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy Group in 2011. David opened his second practice in the fall of 2015, PT360 where he continues to serve the community treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports medicine problems in the Sandy Springs and Johns Creek areas.
David has been featured on CNN health and in Livestrong magazine. He teaches several continuing education courses to other health practitioners, including “An Innovative Approach to the Spine and Lower Extremities.” He has also co-authored both articles and books on SI joint dysfunction.
David is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently the co-chair for the private practice special interest group for the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia.
His hobbies include playing tennis, cheering for the Gators, and spending time with his wife Jessica and sons Elijah and Miles.
PT360 adds House and Office calls with our new associate Justin Thomas, PT, DPT
PT360 is excited to welcome Justin Thomas, PT, DPT to our Sandy Springs team. Justin is an incredibly skilled Manual Physical Therapist who offers both in office and house or office call sessions. Justin graduated from Emory University with a doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 after receiving his Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Florida in 2008. Justin is a former athlete and specializes in sports related injuries. He also teaches several continuing education courses to other health practitioners. For your convenience, Justin will travel to your office or home for an additional fee.
His hobbies include playing golf, cheering for the Gators, and spending time with his wife Amanda and their kids Noelle and Lawson.
